In hardware or programming, why not simply initialize data values in memory?

At the meeting, there is no virtual machine or compiler of additional bits to write this code for you.

It is entirely the programmer to do these things. Moreover, when programming in assembler for speed (and size for the programming of micro controllers) who do not want no default uninitialized variable.
