Loud Noise In Maytag Washer My Washer Makes A Loud Screeching Noise On The Cold Cycle. Does Anyone Know What This Could Be?

My washer makes a loud screeching noise on the cold cycle. Does anyone know what this could be? - loud noise in maytag washer

The disc is a Maytag and 7 years. Unlike the noise in the refrigeration cycle, there is nothing wrong. The rumor is that if the water goes into the washing machine, and I'm not sure whether the problem in the washing machine or water line is. Any help would be very grateful. Thank you.

Mark C has the right answer .. only supply line in cold water (the water first) .. and within the facility which has the jets screw into the washing machine a screenin that .. inaside washing machine or the connection .. It is with minerals in the water down .. .. Soak in vinegar and clean, you can both ends of some pipes for the machine-check has a screen built into the pipe at both ends .. Here is a great picture that shows a locked screen!

The line of the cold water supply is limited. Check the kinks in the hose. Washing machine supply pipes must be changed every five years to prevent the outbreak. If you are in front of the pipes, run the tap water in a bucket to ensure that tap the scams.

I am sure that the hose and see if it should be replaced.

Make sure the line is not limited, and if the noise continues to occur, a technician called in to take a look.

Gindy is correct, but if, after reviewing the sound of the whistle is still there, then you need to replace the water valve in the washing machine.

Their supply line has a screen can be inserted at one end, causing water to scream when he runs. Replace the hose.

I would say that the waterline could be in the air they have.
